We wish we had discovered K&A Hardwood Floors sooner. We had an issue with our hardwoods where I left a carpet cleaner on the hardwoods after cleaning a spill on our area rug. The carpet cleaner left a "chemical burn" in the top coat of hardwoods. Reached out to K&A for an estimate, and worked with Steven. From start to finish Steven was communicative, responsive, and straight forward. He was perfectly punctual coming to our home for both the quote and the work itself. As far as the work goes, I can't tell that there was a repair even done to our floors his work was so perfect. Steven took the time to take each of our damaged board back down to raw wood and built the finish back up again. Steven is such a skilled craftsman that he perfectly matched even the sheen on the floor. I would without hesitation rehire K&A hardwood floors for any flooring needs in the future. For our before and after picture, Steven's work is so good that I had to match the wood grain in my before shot to make sure I was taking a picture of the same area now.

Absolutely 5 Star from start to finish. We had hardwood floor service from various vendors for 40 yrs. I came across positive reviews of K&A and thought I’d give a try. I sent them pictures and within 2 hours had a quote. Next day Steve came to review the project. On our schedule day Steve texted he would arrive at 10:30, he arrived at 10:28. Said he would be done at 12:30. Finished at 12:25. Floor was dry in 3 hours looking wonderful! I was really impressed by his knowledge of floors and flooring. His work is best described as a craftsman.

Steve from K&A Hardwood Flooring LLC removed carpet from my steps and hallway area upstairs. He instilled new hardwood upstairs and full wooden steps on the stairs. He is very professional and a true craftsman. His work is excellent. I almost hired a handyman to do it and I am glad I didn’t as Steve exceeded expectations. His prices are also very reasonable. He is a bit more than a handyman but much less then the big name stores. A great value.

I had two rooms that needed hardwood flooring to be installed as well as having my current hardwood floors refinished and a spot that needed repairing. The job took 4 days which I though was fast given 2,020 sq. feet. Steven called and texted me progress pictures everyday that work was being done which was such a reassurance given that I was not living in the house while the work was being done. Stephen is Very professional, knowledgeable, Hard working person. He even brings the sample of the colors for the trial. He goes above and beyond to do his job. Finishes work on time. I would recommend him to my friends and Family. I am very happy with his job.

We were very happy with our hardwood floor repair. Steven was quick to respond, gave me an estimate, and was flexible about start time. We took a long time to decide, but lucky for us he was still available to do the work! He and his assistant fixed a broken floor board for us in about two hours and it looks amazing. It matches the adjacent floor and you can't tell it was replaced.
